1. Advantage of plastic mold processing

3. ABS Acrylonitrile process conditions
Drying process: ABS is Hygroscopic, Drying is required prior to processing.
Suggested drying conditions for at least 2 hours under 80~90 ℃ drying. Material temperature should be less than 0.1%
fusion temperature: 260~290℃ .Suggested temperature: 275~280℃.
Die temperature: 25~70℃ (Mold temperature affects plastic finish, low temperature will lead to low finish)
Injection pressure: 500~1000 bar.
Injection speed : slower than high speed .

4. PA66 polyamide 66 process conditions
Drying process: If the process of material is sealed, it is not necessary to dry.But if Jelly plastic packaging containers are open, then it’s recommended using hot air drying at 85 ℃ . When the humidity is greater than 0.2%, vacuum drying at 105 ℃ for 12 hours
fusion temperature: 260~290℃ .For glass added : 275~280℃. The melting temperature higher than 300 ℃ should avoid.
die temperature: 80℃. die temperature significantly influences the degree of crystallization and the crystallinity affects the mechanical properties. For thin plastics, if using the die temperature below 40℃,Crystal plastic degree changes with time. In order to keep the geometric stability of plastic parts, the need for annealing is needed.
injection pressure : generall 750~1250bar. Depends on the material and product design
injection speed : High speed (for enhanced materials should be slightly lower.
5. PA12 polyamide 12 process conditions
Drying process:Due to the water absorbility of PA6,special attention should be paid to the process before the drying. If the plastic processing plant material is packed in waterproof material supply,then the containers should be kept closed. When the humidity is greater than 0.2%,it is suggested that take hot air drying at above 80 ℃ in 16 hours.But if the material has been exposed in the air over than 8 hours, it’s better to take vacuum drying at 105 ℃ for 8 hours.

die temperature: 80~90℃. die temperature significantly influences the degree of crystallization and the crystallinity affects the mechanical properties
Crystallinity is very important for structural unit,therefore the temperature 80~90℃ is suggested.For thin, long-flow plastic is also recommended using high mold temperature. Increasing the mold temperature would increase the strength and stiffness, but the toughness is decreased.

7. Multilayer blow molded plastic processing
