(1)How do you maintain your advanced machines?
We appoint some experienced and skilled staff to maintain these machines weekly and monthly with the machine supplier's guidance.
(2)Have the operators been trained specially?
Yes, they have professional trainning and examinations.
(3)How often do you inspect you machinery and tools?
Have a maintain every week (skilled staff), and a maintain every month (quality department).
(4)What kind of steel do you use to make mold?
We can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use P20, H13, 1050 etc.
(5)Where do you buy the steel and mold base?
Mold base and steels from LKM or other mold base supplier. Most of cavity and core steels are imported. Mold base S55C or P20 (everything detailed is according to customer required).
(6)What kind of hot-runner do you use?
Usually we use Synventive, Incoe, Hasco, HRS, MoldMaster,PSG, Yudo, etc, accordingly different customers' habits.
(7)How do you do the texture/text/heat-treatment /nitriding and so on?
We have the cooperative subsidiary factories to do that. They are more professional.
(8)How do you monitor the process?
Our Project Dept. appoints project engineer to handle every project progress and to communicate with customers.
(9)Which precision grades you can reach?
For the mold, we can guarantee the precision to 0.01mm; for the part, 50 length / 0.01mm.
(10)Do you have any problem communicating in English?
No problem at all. It's common we use English for normal working. Sales dept and project dept are the 2 windows to communicate with customers directly.
(11)Which standards do you use, Metric or English?
Both of them are OK. We can use the standards requested by customer.
(12)Which process do you think is the most important in mold making?
We think every process is important. We track process quality component by component with label-scan system.
(13)Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?
Yes, we can. As our steel supplier and heat-treatment factory can provide the certificates to us.
(14)Do you use graphite or copper to be electrode?
We use both of them.
